By accessing AttackFeed(the “Site”), operated by Wagner Cybersecurity LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What AttackFeed is

AttackFeed is a news aggregator. We index publicly available RSS and Atom feeds from third-party publishers, government agencies, and research organizations, and present headlines, short excerpts, publication dates, and links back to the original sources. We add original value on top of that feed — categorization, de-duplication, CVE enrichment from the National Vulnerability Database, search, and our CVE Tracker — but the underlying articles are the work of their respective authors.

Third-party content and intellectual property

All article titles, excerpts, images, and linked content remain the property of their original publishers and are used to identify and point to the source, with attribution, in the manner of a standard news index. We do not claim ownership of third-party content and we do not reproduce full articles. Trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

If you are a rights holder and believe content should be removed or attributed differently, contact us and we will respond promptly. See also our approach to corrections and removals on the About page.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Aggregated headlines and CVE data may contain errors, be delayed, or be incomplete. Nothing on AttackFeed is professional security advice.CVSS scores and severity labels are sourced from the NVD and may lag, change, or differ from a vendor's own assessment; always verify against primary sources before acting.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wagner Cybersecurity LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or any linked third-party content.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to break the law, and don't scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt it. The Site's own code and original data compilations may not be republished wholesale without permission.

Changes

We may revise these Terms as the Site evolves; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
